About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using SAS Viya Platform.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building various environments using multiple technologies such as Ansible for application provisioning, configuration, and deployment of architectural components.

You will work closely with our technology teams to resolve any environmental issues that arise during the decision manager implementation lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using SAS Viya Platform
  • Building various environments using multiple technologies such as Ansible
  • Liaising directly with SAS Viya Lead and Architect to work based on approved Design and by following HSBC Standards Guidelines
  • Actively participating and resolving any environmental issues arises during the decision manager implementation life-cycle
  • Providing Environmental support during various stages of Testing, e.g. SIT, UAT, Pre-Production and Production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience using SAS VIYA and related Product suite
  • Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience on installation and configuration of SAS Viya product components
  • Experience with complex multi-platform troubleshooting in a multi-platform environment support
