We are seeking an accomplished quality professional to spearhead our entire plant quality operations. The successful candidate will have in-depth technical expertise in EV Charger, ECU, VCU, MCU components and SMT (PCB assembly) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design, implement and maintain a QMS dashboarding performance against KPIs: First Pass Yield (FPY), Defect Per Million Opportunities (DPMO), Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
  • Ensure adherence to industry certifications and standards: ISO 9001/14001/45001, IATF 16949, BIS, RoHS, CE, FCC.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
