Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Audit Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing and be able to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment.

The Senior Audit Associate will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions. They will also be expected to lead audit teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the development of audit methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute complex audit engagements to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead audit teams and provide guidance and support to junior staff.
  • Identify and assess key business risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct data analytics and utilize audit software tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business field.
  • Experience:
  • At least 4-6 years of internal audit experience with a strong emphasis on audit testing procedures and quality work paper documentation.
  • Self-discipline and ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
