Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance professional to spearhead our quality initiatives.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

In-House Quality Management:

• Conduct process inspections, implement defect reduction strategies, perform root cause analysis, calibration, and documentation.

• Develop and maintain quality control plans, SOPs, and work instructions.

Supplier Quality and Compliance:

• Inspect incoming materials, conduct supplier audits, manage NCRs and CAPAs, and oversee ISIR/PPAP processes.

• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Customer Satisfaction and Quality Excellence:

• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Prepare 8D reports, conduct customer audits, and implement field quality improvements.

Quality Systems and Initiatives:

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/BIS standards.

• Develop and implement quality improvement projects, including the use of Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke).

• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality systems and processes.

New Product Development Support:

• Assist in APQP, PFMEA, validation, and inspection planning for new products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into product development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in quality tools (7QC, FMEA, SPC, MSA), MS Office, and measuring instruments.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quality management software and automation tools.

• Certification in quality-related fields (e.g., CQPA, CQE).

• Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin).
