Job Title: QA Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing supplier improvement initiatives, conducting special process audits, and monitoring supplier performance.

  • Implementation of Supplier Improvement Initiatives.
  • Responsible for Special Process Audits applicable CQI.
  • Responsible for VDA 6.3 Process audits at supplier audits.
  • Supplier performance monitoring and actions.
  • Customer Initiated drives implementation & handholding.
  • Support to MAFS plants for Supplier audit, PPAP, Quality issues.
  • Implementing Quality Systems at supplier.
  • Weekly review meeting with plant SQA team.
  • Handling plant escalations for Supplier Issues.
  • Follow ups for task closure with suppliers.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 7+ Years of Experience
  • Performance rating in last 2 Appraisal O/VG
  • B. Tech from UGC recognized university
  • No reported case of Indiscipline

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position in our Quality Assurance department. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To implement and maintain quality systems at suppliers.
  • To conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CQI and VDA 6.3 standards.
  • To monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.
  • To support MAFS plants with supplier audits, PPAP, and quality issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
