Senior Lead Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our QA function, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of quality assurance testers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a QA team of 5-10 testers, manual and automation
- Own the quality assurance strategy, planning, and execution across all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Be hands-on in manual and automation testing, contribute actively during Agile sprints
- Define and implement robust test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for web, API, and backend services
- Work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps to integrate QA processes in continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Drive test automation strategy using tools such as Selenium, Functionize, or similar frameworks
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 years of QA experience with at least 3 years in a QA leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience in both manual testing and test automation
- Solid exposure to performance testing tools and concepts
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Functionize, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, or similar
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms, AWS, Azure, etc., and containerization, Docker, Kubernetes
- Familiarity with behavior-driven development, test-driven development practices and frameworks like Cucumber
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
