Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that software applications and systems meet high standards of quality. This includes conducting thorough testing, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality assurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases to validate software functionality
  • Analyze results and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and resolve issues
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving software quality and reducing defects
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and regression testing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
