  • This role involves conceptualizing and developing interior design concepts for residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
  • You will be responsible for preparing mood boards, material palettes, space plans, presentations, and design narratives.
  • Precision is key in creating detailed working drawings, layouts, technical documentation, and GFC sets.
  • You will coordinate with vendors, consultants, and contractors for on-site execution and oversee the implementation of designs.
  • Collaboration is essential when working with senior designers and project managers throughout the design and execution process.
  • Apart from conducting site visits and supervising design implementation, you must ensure that the design quality and intent are maintained.
  • You will also manage client presentations and revisions with a professional approach.
  • In this role, research materials, finishes, and global design trends relevant to the project will be required.
Technical Skills Required:
  • AutoCAD – Mandatory for all design professionals.
  • Sketched ideas with SketchUp/Rhino – A useful skill for 3D modeling.
  • Visual communication using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) – Essential for presentations and visuals.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) – For data analysis and presentations.
  • Lumion/V-Ray/Enscape – Preferred for high-quality renders.
  • Revit – An added advantage for those with experience in building information modeling.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture / Architecture from a reputable institute is a must. Postgraduate studies or certifications in interior design can be beneficial.

A minimum of 2–4 years of professional experience in an interior design firm or architectural practice is required. You should have experience handling at least 2–3 complete interior design projects independently or in a key supporting role.
