Job Description

The Role of Senior Project Manager is pivotal in bringing luxury brand visions to life.

As the key link between international clients and our production team, you will ensure every detail aligns with brand expectations and is executed with excellence.

  • Represent the company as the primary point of contact for global luxury brand clients.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally in English to manage client expectations.
  • Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear technical briefs for production teams.
  • Drive projects from planning to delivery — ensuring timelines, quality standards, and attention to detail are met.
  • Foster strong, long-term partnerships with clients through trust, reliability, and impeccable delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in shopfitting, luxury retail, or bespoke furniture.

Skills:

  • Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of retail furniture manufacturing, finishes, and materials.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.
