Customer Engagement Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced professional to spearhead customer engagement initiatives using the Braze platform. This key role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive personalized messaging experiences across email, in-app, push, and SMS channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement campaigns in Braze using Liquid templating and Canvas to enhance customer interactions
  • Integrate Braze with backend systems via REST APIs, Webhooks, and SDKs to streamline data exchange
  • Develop event tracking, user attributes, and audience segmentation strategies to inform campaign optimization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and translate them into actionable workflows
  • Monitor and analyze message delivery, personalization, and performance metrics to ensure optimal results
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards for user privacy, security, and data protection
  • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on leveraging Braze effectively
  • Assist with other IT projects and ad hoc tasks related to Braze implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years hands-on experience working with Braze platform
  • Experience working with Braze SDKs (iOS, Android, or Web)
  • Familiarity with Braze Currents and data streaming to external platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Segment)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
