Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) and at least 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management within a large dairy, food, or pharma plant.

This role reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager and involves leading a team of 100 people, managing their performance, training needs, and safety culture.

The position requires preparation and monitoring of maintenance budgets, energy standards, and cost-saving ideas. Additionally, it entails executing and achieving plant KPIs such as productivity, losses, complaint reduction, specific energy consumption, and production lines OEE improvement.

A key aspect of this role is developing and implementing new concepts in maintenance practices, energy management, and setting new standards.

Industry Experience:

  • Milk processing equipment such as pasteurizers, separators, bactofuge, vacuum pumps, DSI, high-pressure pumps, blowers, fluid bed, sifter, cheddar master, cooker, etc.
  • Utilities equipment like boilers, steam networks, ammonia & freon-based refrigeration systems, compressed air & nitrogen generation systems, VAM, RO & UF, sand & carbon filters, pumps, DG sets, transformers, etc.
