
Facility Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and ambitious individual to fill the position of Facility Coordinator.
The primary responsibilities of this role include effectively managing customer complaints, arranging appointments, processing expenses, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Key tasks involve distributing customer issues to the appropriate teams for swift resolution.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and qualitative closure of customer complaints.
- Track project expenses, prepare maintenance budgets, and monitor budget vs. actuals.
- Prepare and document consumables and consumption details on a monthly basis.
This role is ideal for an individual who can demonstrate result orientation, efficiency orientation, customer focus, team working, and integrity in their work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- DEE or BE Electrical degree
- Process bills and ensure timely monthly reconciliations.
- Coordinating with teams for timely and qualitative closure of customer issues.
- Tracking expenses by project, preparing maintainance budgets, and monitoring budget vs. actuals.
- Preparing and documenting consumables and consumption details monthly.
- Maintaining all documentation and ensuring audit compliance.
