  • Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).">
  • Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.">
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams, ensuring that the company's diverse service offerings are seamlessly integrated and represented.">

Requirements:

  • 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.">
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.">
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.">
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.">
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.">
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.">
