Healthcare Transformation Associate

The Chairman's Office is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Healthcare Transformation Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare transformation through ground level impact, ideation, strategy, and policy papers.

This full-time role will provide support to the Chairman with daily tasks, including conducting research, drafting communications, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

The successful candidate will also contribute to strategy development and policy formulation, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizing events, and managing the Chairman's schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform policy formulation and drive healthcare transformation
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Chairman and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Organize events and manage the Chairman's schedule, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive healthcare transformation, leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health or a clinical degree from a reputable institution
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise reports and presentations
  • Experience in strategy development and policy formulation, with a proven track record of driving positive change
  • Strong organizational and event management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a working knowledge of data analysis tools and software
