Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our residential team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall residential strategy to ensure seamless student experiences.
  • Lead a team of managers, support staff, and vendors to drive smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align residential policies with institutional goals.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for student concerns related to residential life.
  • Maintain proactive, transparent communication with parents in sensitive situations.
  • Oversee all third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance.
  • Review and approve SOPs, incident reports, safety checks, and compliance protocols.
  • Champion a positive residential culture – inclusive, respectful, and aligned with student well-being.
  • Design initiatives to gather feedback, address grievances efficiently, and continuously improve the residential experience.
  • Present regular reports on residential performance, grievances, service levels, and student satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 4–8 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles in hospitality, luxury housing, or client experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – able to handle both student concerns and high-touch parent interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading teams, managing vendors, and getting things done through others.
  • Strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management skills.
