Identity Governance Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance Lead to oversee the implementation and delivery of security services projects, focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

  • As a subject matter expert for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and operations, you will ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.
  • You will lead the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, driving business value through automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Spearhead application integrations, including development of custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows to enhance IAM capabilities.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to guarantee high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting, support, and resolution for IAM-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support.
  • Build custom plugins and complex customizations (e.g., segregation of duties, infrastructure asset integration) to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to key project decisions, mentor team members, and ensure delivery excellence in identity governance.
  • Champion automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain, driving business success.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IGA, compliance reporting & IAM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs.
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and SSB processes.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
