Identity Governance Consultant

Job Description:

As a seasoned identity governance consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clients' cybersecurity strategies. Your expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ will be instrumental in delivering seamless integrations with core systems, ensuring robust access controls and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline identity lifecycle events and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive access policies and rules within SailPoint to enforce access controls.
  • Collaborate with security teams to identify and address potential vulnerabilities and threats related to identity and access management.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct user training to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Configure connectors to onboard applications using out-of-the-box connectors like Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom options.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional work experience in Identity and Access Governance (IAG) domain and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, including advanced configuration, customization, and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles, frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Strong understanding of application onboarding and migration processes within the SailPoint platform.
