Key Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Machine Learning initiatives, driving innovation and technology advancements that propel business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Problem-Solving
  • Break down complex challenges into manageable components and apply relevant methodologies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Discuss and implement various algorithms and approaches daily, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Leading Software Development
  • Oversee the entire software lifecycle, including hands-on development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. Experience in Agile SCRUM and MLOps is highly desirable.
  • Developing Assets and Accelerators
  • Develop reusable and scalable assets that accelerate business expansion.
  • Implement ML best practices to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Collaboration and Integration
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and analyze industry developments to propose innovative solutions.
  • Research and Development
  • Proactively research new ML techniques and best practices to stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Application Development
  • Coding, testing, debugging, evaluating solution/technology options (including Cloud), and documenting application development.
  • Migrate current analytics applications & pipelines to Cloud in future.

Qualifications:

A graduate degree in Engineering (CS/Electronics/IT) or related field, along with a postgraduate degree in Statistics / Economics/Business Analytics.

Required Skills: 8-15 years of experience.

Preferred Skills: Agile SCRUM and MLOps experience is highly preferred.
