Lead Data Scientist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team. As a senior data scientist, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions to complex problems using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.

You will lead a team of data scientists to deliver high-quality project results on time. This includes identifying client needs by analyzing large data sets, ensuring data integrity, and performing exploratory data analysis.

Select features, build and optimize classifiers/regressors using machine learning techniques. Enhance data collection procedures to include relevant information for analytical systems.

Perform ad-hoc analysis and present results to stakeholders. Create custom reports with strong data visualization skills to communicate analytical conclusions to senior officials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence.
  • Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science capabilities into business operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in machine learning and AI.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects and results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R.
