About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models for real-world applications. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable ML solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms to solve complex biotech challenges.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and domain experts to identify opportunities for ML-driven innovation.
  • Leverage industry-leading tools and technologies to optimize model performance and ensure reliability in production environments.
  • Design and implement pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model monitoring to maximize ROI.
  • Integrate ML models into cloud-based applications and APIs to drive business outcomes.

Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an ML Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.
  • Experience deploying models at scale on AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.
  • Bonus points for experience working with scientific, biotech, or healthcare data.
