Job Title: CRM+TOSCA

Job Description:

This role requires implementing full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015
  • Familiarity with MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating with development teams to understand business users' needs
  • Documenting and reviewing business requirements with the technology team
  • Providing excellent communication skills to address user queries

Preferred Skills Include:

  • Knowledge of Customer Engagement including Field Services and Project Service Automation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform Power Apps Flow Power BI and Common Data Model
