EDI Implementation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced EDI implementation specialist to drive the growth and maintenance of our eSolutions function and EDI capabilities.

This role demands a unique blend of technical proficiency, project management, and collaborative skills to implement, manage, and optimize EDI systems and workflows.

The EDI implementation specialist will ensure that all electronic transactions meet both business and compliance requirements of our partners, driving continuous improvements in EDI processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EDI System Management and Optimization
    • Oversee setup, maintenance, configuration of partner integrations
    • Ensure optimal performance through routine system monitoring
    • Implement EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements
    • Evaluate EDI process for opportunities to improve and streamline data flows for optimal efficiency and ease-of-use
  • Projects and Implementation
    • Participate and lead EDI implementation initiatives and projects
    • Work closely with SAP team and EDI providers
    • Work closely with 3PL and other EDI stakeholders
  • Data Mapping and Transaction Handling
    • Develop and maintain data maps and transaction sets
    • Analyze and transform data
    • Ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Technical Support and Training
    • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and incident handling
    • Train internal teams in processes and systems
    • Enhance team's abilities to resolve EDI issues independently
