We're seeking a CRM Manager to lead our sales and customer success technology stack.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience, preferably with HubSpot.

Key responsibilities include owning the CRM, building processes, ensuring data accuracy, enabling teams, driving insights, and supporting growth.

To be successful in this role, you'll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, and excellent communication skills.

  • CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage, customize, and optimize CRM software to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Create automations, workflows, and reports that drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and provide expert support for CRM questions.
  • Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
  • Partner with sales/marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you love data and details.
  • Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
