Job Title

Automate Business Processes with RoboMQ

This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of our products, driving business outcomes through effective process automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Requirements: Analyze and define product requirements from business needs to drive successful projects.
  • Document User Stories: Create detailed user stories, specs, and workflows to ensure seamless collaboration among teams.
  • Validate Features: Oversee UAT and validate product features in Jira to guarantee high-quality releases.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with engineering during development and testing to foster open communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Support Partner Integrations: Assist in integrating partner systems with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Track Feature Backlogs: Monitor and manage feature and defect backlogs to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Agile Team Participation: Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to agile team activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Quality Analyst or related role, preferably with exposure to UI automation testing.
  • Education: B.Tech with relevant technical exposure.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git. Proficiency in UI automation testing (Selenium preferred) is highly valued.
  • Understanding: Understanding of ERP, CRM, and HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday). Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills are essential for success in this role.
