Job Description

This role entails designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, and Office 365. The Digital Solution Analyst plays a key part in enhancing business processes by reducing manual errors, improving system controls, and increasing productivity.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with process architects, solution designers, and citizen developers to identify automation opportunities, designing scalable automation solutions, training and enabling citizen developers, and staying current with emerging technologies.

  • Risk & Control: Strengthening governance and system controls through global process and template design.
  • Process Effectiveness: Improving accuracy and reliability to drive better cash and working capital outcomes.
  • Process Efficiency: Embedding standard processes into ERP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Quality Service: Elevating customer experience through skilled, professional teams.
  • Capability: Building future leadership and deep domain expertise through structured talent development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Dataverse, ALM)
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere, Salesforce, SAP, and Orchestration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, IHub)
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, C#, Python, Power Query, Power Fx, VBA, and Azure Boards, ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Jupyter, BifrostAzure Storage Explorer, Azure Document Intelligence Studio
