Job Title: Technical Lead Dynamics CRM

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our team in designing and developing Microsoft based business solutions in cloud environments using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Gathering and analyzing client requirements to design and implement complex CRM solutions.
  • Curating and brainstorming approaches to a requirement when needed.
  • Meticulously understanding the requirements with respect to the solutions offered by CRM's out-of-the-box components and those that need extensions like code.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of relevant working experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and a strong understanding of Microsoft's modules like Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Designing and implementing CRM solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Developing plug-ins using C# and coding UI logic in JavaScript.
  • Building and releasing solutions.
  • Writing technical documentation in clear and understandable way.
