Cloud Solutions Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to deliver and onboard our software for customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for technical discussions, solution design, and project management.

The role involves architecting and designing scalable solutions for some of the world's largest enterprises, as well as using your expertise to integrate our product seamlessly into their cloud infrastructure.

  • Drive and/or take part in technical solutions discussions with customer teams
  • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential clients
  • Work as a consultant to customers in identifying key business challenges and positioning the right technology solutions to address those challenges
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience architecting/operating solutions built on cloud technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and their relevant build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong expertise in Technical Post Sales
  • Working experience on Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Experience working in a high-engagement customer-facing role
  • Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Account management and project management skills
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer-facing environment
