Job Description:

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Consultant to play a key role in driving business outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience with 2 years of proven experience in software development or integration engineering.

  • Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create, manage, and optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Interact with relational databases like SQL Server, including writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing existing queries.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives.
  • Develop custom applications and solutions to meet organizational needs.
  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform aligns with business objectives.
  • Implement and manage sustainability programs using Microsoft's Sustainability Manager.
  • Define calculation models, factor libraries, and emissions dashboards in Sustainability Manager.
  • Implementation of energy, water, and waste metrics in Sustainability Manager.
  • Data Import and Integrations in Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
  • Develop strategies to enhance sustainability practices throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability standards and regulations.
  • Manage and utilize Fabric for advanced data analytics and integration.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between various platforms and systems.
  • Develop data models and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity and security across the organization.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Sustainability, or a related field is required. Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI is necessary.
