Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O - Application Specialist (Warehouse)

Job Description

The role of an Application Specialist involves playing a pivotal part in describing and documenting business requirements for our applications. This position requires an individual who can collaborate with other application specialists to ensure consistent solutions and long-term data governance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting business requirements into development maintenance plans that respect global IT strategies and policies. They will also stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes.

This person will contribute skills and knowledge to development and maintenance plans for applications and document and maintain records of business requirements and implementation.

Additionally, they will provide second- and third-line support when needed and drive testing and lead the work on compliance to policies and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant area
  • More than 3 years' experience using the application in scope
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application
  • Experience working in a multicultural organization
  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL
  • Experience with agile methods and frameworks
  • Excellent language skills in English
