Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to implement and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough requirement gathering to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical design documents to guide the development process and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop a deep understanding of solution architecture to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize system performance.
  • Utilize Excel add-ins to enhance productivity and efficiency, as well as leverage knowledge of data entities and system administration to manage and maintain large datasets.

You will also be responsible for project deployment using LCS and Azure DevOps, as well as supporting the development of proposals and statement of work. This includes drafting estimations of effort and cost based on your expertise and experience.

Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge in X++ programming language and experience with functional extensions, forms, workflows, SSRS Reports, Dynamic AX Reports, Crystal Reports, Data Reports, Alerts, and Notifications.
  • Integration skills using various connectors, including Azure components, Rest Web API, and OData Entity.
  • Experience with event handlers, data entity (DMF, OData) extension and development, database design, SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, Indexes, and Views.
Competencies and Capabilities:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale implementations or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders and lead high-intensity workshops.
  • Certified on the latest Microsoft product at desired levels and a team player proficient in delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable).
