Talent Acquisition Professional

This is a people manager role responsible for developing strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key contacts to anticipate future recruitment needs and ensure sourcing strategy alignment.

  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned businesses to drive strategic hiring decisions and guarantee efficient talent acquisition.
  • Facilitate consultative recruitment experiences through knowledge sharing, accurate reporting, and regular communication with hiring managers.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  • Communicate process benefits and changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure governance and compliance in team recruiting numbers, policy, process, and procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business operations to identify and fill critical skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze data to inform recruitment decisions and optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
  • Experience: 8+ Years in Search/RPO Firms or quick learners with excellent communication skills.
  • Desired Competencies:
    • Excellent Written and Oral Communication.
    • Strong experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles preferably in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
    • Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.
    • Head Hunting Skills.
    • Positive attitude towards work.
    • Experience in engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
    • High target and delivery orientation.
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS).
    • Boolean/advanced searches.
