Job Title: Senior Manager - CRM and Complaints

">Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Complaints system projects with energy, efficiency, and end-to-end ownership.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of life insurance business processes and policy life cycle, as well as hands-on knowledge of SQL queries and VAPT risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM and Complaints system projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to identify and prioritize system requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer experience and reduce complaints.
  • Manage resources and time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

  • SQL query optimization
  • Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT)
  • Networking fundamentals

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in life insurance industry.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders' expectations.
