Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled financial management professional to join our corporate finance team. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and food and beverage outlets.
  • Prepare management information reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for senior management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and hospitality sector-specific regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support annual budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Standardize accounting processes and internal controls across properties.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide actionable insights on cost management, revenue streams, and profitability improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality or multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hotel accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems, hotel property management systems (Opera, IDS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
