Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with business goals.
  • Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee the preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to address audit findings.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax obligations and oversee tax assessments, filing, and disputes.
  • Implement maker-checker controls for financial transactions and act as authorized signatory within prescribed limits for banking operations.
  • Manage cash flow and banking relationships to ensure sufficient funds for day-to-day operations and effective deployment of surplus funds.
  • Oversee communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years in finance or accounting, with at least 7-8 years in a senior role.
  • Proven expertise in budgeting, tax management, auditing, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI and ML applications in finance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
