Merchandise Specialist

Role Overview:The Merchandise Specialist will be responsible for supporting daily operations, vendor management, and inventory tracking. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with vendors for order status, production timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Tracking purchase orders from issuance to delivery, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Maintaining inventory reports and updating stock status regularly to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Recording and reconciling delivery notes, invoices, and pending order details for accuracy.
- Assisting in preparation of merchandise reports, sales vs inventory analysis, and replenishment requirements.
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Business Administration or related field. 0-1 year of experience in merchandising, supply chain, or related fields is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively. Passion and interest in retail, especially jewellery and accessories, is highly valued.
