This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced software engineer with expertise in AI and machine learning to work on developing the next generation of intelligent systems.

  • As part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying large-scale AI/ML applications using various technologies.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and implement changes that drive business value.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in computer science and programming languages such as Java, Python or R.
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data preprocessing, ETL processes, and tools is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience working with machine learning & LLMs, along with proficiency in prompt engineering and vector embeddings is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with ML Platform teams utilising and integrating ML APIs with applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of ML libraries and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and Scikit-learn is required.
  • Understanding of RAG and graph-based RAG methodologies is desired.
  • Skills in rapid prototyping and experimentation with generative models are essential.
  • Experience in performance optimisation, particularly in enhancing model performance and inference speed for real-time applications is preferred.
