Accounts Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records in Tally with accuracy and efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Oversee payroll processing, including statutory compliance with PF, ESI, and PT.
- Prepare and file TDS, GST, and other tax-related documents on time.
- Create and analyze cash flow statements to monitor financial health.
- Prepare monthly budgets, track expenditures, and provide variance analysis.
- Manage procurement activities, ensuring smooth vendor relations and timely payments.
- Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing accurate financial data and documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP software and MS Excel..
- In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
- Solid understanding of financial concepts, including reconciliation, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
