We are looking for individual(s) who have Experience in Accounts at least 3+ years.

Ø Manage All accounts Transactions

Ø Experience in Journal Entries, Ledger Posting, Bank Reconciliation, Profit & Loss Accounts & Balance sheet Finalization

Ø Maintaining of Company Accounts, invoice entries and generating invoices, sales documents.

Ø Complete accounting of Receivables and payables

Ø Employee expenses management.

Ø Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations.

Ø Generation of various accounting reports as required by the company

Ø Profit and loss statement generation and internal audit.

Ø Balance sheet generation and internal audit.

Ø TDS fillings.

Ø ITR & ROC fillings data to be prepared.

Ø Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs, to include in invoices

Ø Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate

Ø Resolve billing errors that other staff or customer's flag

Ø Keep a record of collected payments with customer information

Ø Work with other members of the financial staff, such as Accountants and Bookkeepers

Ø Perform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer records

Ø Prepare account statements for customers

Ø Follow up on outstanding payments

Ø Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers.

Ø Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill.

Ø Tracking payments and ensuring that the cash flow into the company is buoyant.

Ø Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company.

**Desired Skills Required**:
Ø Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ø Understanding of basic accountings

Ø Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries

Ø Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices

Ø Great customer service skills to work with various clients

Ø Knowledge of data entry for record keeping

Ø Needs to have good command on MS EXCEL.

Ø Should have experience ON SAP FICO

**Qualification**:
Ø MBA Finance

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
