Executive Leadership Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students, faculty members, admissions teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee student onboarding, including sending offers, processing loans, and fee collection.
  • Develop and maintain connections with alumni through effective relations and engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate and troubleshoot issues related to student support services.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of student information.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of MIS systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with visiting/adjunct faculty to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs.
  • Process faculty invoices in a timely manner.
  • Support marketing activities involving academic staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Meticulous approach to administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic math abilities and financial understanding.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
