Human Resources Manager

Recruitment of an HR Executive is currently underway at a leading financial institution. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including collecting feedback and maintaining performance records.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees.
- Maintain and update employee database and HR information system (HRIS).
- Process employee leaves, attendance, and other HR-related transactions.
- Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations relevant to the financial services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum [Number] years of experience in HR, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
