Key Performance Indicators

The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth by generating leads, counselling, converting, and collecting payments.

  • Meet enrolment/order intake targets
  • Generate enquiries through various means such as business-to-leads activities, job fairs, college collaborations, and employee exchanges
  • Conduct a compliant admission process, ensuring the admission of students who meet qualification criteria
  • Ensure system updates and daily reporting
  • Travel to various locations and conduct enrolment drives
Key Responsibilities1. Market Understanding

Gaining insight into the local market, including the prospect base, ecosystem, and employment opportunities.

2. Lead Generation

a. Conduct outreach activities in employment exchanges, colleges, job fairs, and unorganized sectors within and outside designated locations.

b. Engage effectively with graduates to stimulate lead generation.

c. Build relationships with stakeholders to establish a database of eligible candidates.

d. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generation purposes.

e. Develop and expand the base of locations by adding new sites every month.

f. Manage end-to-end activities, generate a database of eligible candidates, create presentations, convince them to enroll, and secure training fees.

3. Admission Process

a. Provide accurate and comprehensive course information to students.

b. Ensure students adhere to the admission process.

4. System Updates & Daily Reporting

a. Regularly update the system.

b. Submit daily activity reports.

c. Contribute to batch occupancy and launch.
