Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Enablement Manager to join our dynamic team.
This critical role involves driving the success of third-party sellers on e-commerce platforms by providing them with necessary tools, resources, and support for growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies to enhance performance, retention, and satisfaction.
- Identify key pain points and opportunities, then design scalable solutions to address them.
- Drive adoption of new features, tools, and services among sellers.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for seller needs.
- Oversee high-quality content creation, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze key seller performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Present data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions.
As a successful Seller Enablement Manager, you will have experience in program management, e-commerce industry knowledge, and a proven track record of developing successful programs that drive business growth.
Requirements:- MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
- 5+ years of program management experience.
- 3+ years of relevant e-commerce industry experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with cross-functional teams and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
