Senior Machine Learning Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Machine Learning Specialist to develop and maintain recommendation systems and automation models.

This involves building algorithms and data models to match speakers with suitable events and recommend events to users' interests.

The ideal candidate will contribute to data collection strategies, optimize existing datasets, and implement machine learning models using Python and vector databases.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Machine Learning Algorithm Development: Design and maintain machine learning algorithms for speaker-event matching and personalized event recommendations.
  • Data Pipeline Optimization: Develop and optimize data pipelines and vector database integrations.
  • Data Collection Strategy: Manage data collection processes to enhance model accuracy.
  • Solution Implementation: Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable machine learning solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A degree from a leading university in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience working with vector databases and implementing recommendation systems.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with an understanding of business objectives.
  • Ability to manage projects independently, from initial concept through implementation and evaluation.
