Job Title: Generative AI Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build AI systems, including end-to-end pipelines (data ingestion, cleaning, embeddings, model training, evaluation, and deployment).
  • Engineer scalable infrastructure, architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that integrate into live products.
  • Experiment and deploy generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and autonomous agents.
  • Think holistically, moving fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

Requirements:

  • Strong programming background (Python, Node.js, or similar) and deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data engineering & databases (SQL/NoSQL, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, cloud storage).
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Hands-on exposure to retrieval systems, embeddings, and RAG pipelines.
  • A builder's mindset - comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one.
  • Experience with multi-modal systems (text, voice, vision).
  • Interest in generative agents, conversational AI, or recommendation engines.
  • Previous work in startups or venture studios.
