Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and lead the development of our AI vision platform. You will be responsible for creating the entire software ecosystem that transforms our cutting-edge object detection models into a production-ready, scalable platform that processes satellite imagery and delivers actionable intelligence.

This is a high-velocity role where you will leverage the latest AI development tools to build at unprecedented speed while maintaining enterprise-grade quality and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Image Processing Pipeline: Automated systems for satellite image ingestion, preprocessing, and patch generation
  • AI Model Integration Layer: Seamless integration of object detection and classification models
  • Quality Control Systems: Automated validation and human-in-the-loop review workflows
  • Data Management Platform: Robust database systems for storing, indexing, and retrieving data
  • End-User Interface: Platforms for intelligence dissemination and visualization
  • Scalable Infrastructure: Cloud-native architecture handling large-scale data processing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with 2+ years in AI/ML system integration
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams
  • Experience shipping production ML/AI systems at scale

Desirable Skills:

  • Expert-level proficiency in leveraging AI coding tools
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI assistants for rapid prototyping, code generation, and debugging
  • Experience with AI-powered testing, documentation, and deployment tools
  • Track record of delivering projects faster than traditional development approaches
Technical Requirements:
  • Backend Development: Python, Node.js, or Go for high-performance systems
  • Computer Vision Integration: Experience with OpenCV, PIL, and model deployment (ONNX, TensorRT)
  • Database Systems: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar for geospatial storage
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • API Development: RESTful APIs for system integration
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring systems
