Senior AI/ML Developer

We are looking for a seasoned expert in machine learning and artificial intelligence to join our team.

About this Role:

Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying custom machine learning models for various business applications. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining scalable AI pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Custom Models: Create and implement effective machine learning solutions for complex business problems using NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and recommendation systems.
  • Develop Scalable AI Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment using MLOps practices.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams across different locations to integrate AI solutions into real-world products.
  • Ensure High-Performance Deployment: Optimize models for high-performance, scalability, and production-readiness using advanced techniques like hyperparameter tuning, distributed training, and GPU optimization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in building and managing ML pipelines using Airflow, Kubeflow, MLflow, Prefect, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud AI/ML platforms like AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data processing using Kafka and Spark Streaming.
  • Knowledge of microservices and API development for model integration.
  • Experience with generative AI and reinforcement learning techniques.
