The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, experience with cloud platforms, and knowledge of software engineering best practices. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust pipelines for image and video data processing, running ML model inferences, and serving results efficiently.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data storage solutions and messaging/queuing systems in production.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems; manage secrets securely; ensure system scalability and stability through automated deployments and rollbacks.
  • Work closely with frontend and product teams to design and implement backend services and APIs that power responsive, data-driven UI experiences.
  • Help establish and advocate for MLOps/Platform best practices within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of proven experience in MLOps, AI/ML Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or a related Backend Engineering role.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and deep experience with ML frameworks.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD practices, containerization, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven experience designing and managing data storage solutions and messaging/queuing systems in production.
  • Demonstrable experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, production-grade systems.
