
E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily operations across various platforms for a fast-growing D2C brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to drive sales through effective inventory management, product listings, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central to ensure accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
- Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
- Monitor and improve account health metrics, such as Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
- Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
- Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across platforms.
- Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with supply chain.
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
- Track platform analytics, including velocity, campaign ROI, search visibility, and share reports with leadership.
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Must have worked with D2C brands (not agencies/resellers).
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Exposure to consumer goods / kitchenware / lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising or Quick Commerce paid visibility tools.
- Experience handling 100+ SKUs across multiple channels.
