As a seasoned higher education professional, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to enhance student recruitment, engagement, and experience across our institutions. This involves building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with our standards, and managing key initiatives that support student retention, academic success, and international collaboration.

This role requires the ability to develop and execute strategies, policies, and operational plans for student recruitment, engagement, and retention. You will also be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the student experience in alignment with our standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing strategies, policies, and operational plans for student recruitment, engagement, and retention.
  • Driving the continuous improvement of the student experience in alignment with our standards.
  • Supporting and collaborating with student bodies and communities to organize activities aligned with our student journey.
  • Leading student forums, gathering feedback, and implementing agreed-upon actions in partnership with institutional heads and student representatives.
  • Keeping students informed about our programs through newsletters, social media, digital platforms, and on-campus announcements.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams, academic staff, student leaders, and external partners.
  • Aligning initiatives and activities across all our institutions to foster a cohesive student community.
  • Providing guidance and support to students on living in the USA and immigration processes, funding, tuition, and available financial aid, academic transfer and visa requirements.
  • Contributing to sales and marketing strategies, branding, and outreach campaigns.
  • Participating in events, market research, and promotion of joint/dual degree and pathway programs.
  • Enhancing international exposure by promoting student/faculty exchange programs with our global network.
  • Assisting in student recruitment for joint academic offerings.
  • Coordinating with partner institutions to implement joint strategic plans.
  • Monitoring and reporting on enrolment targets, sales and marketing activities, and capital expenditure as per commitments.
  • Staying informed about trends, policies, and innovations in the education sector.
  • Benchmarking and adopting best practices to improve student services and institutional performance.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in student affairs, academic partnership management, or education administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multi-institutional partnerships and diverse stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in marketing, outreach, and student engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of international education standards and visa/immigration processes is a plus.
