About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation, updates, and deletion of master data.
  • Maintain user roles and permissions.
  • Ensure high-quality imported data through quality assurance processes.
  • Commission and decommission data sets according to business needs.
  • Process confidential data securely.
  • Collaborate on report development and analysis.
  • Design and maintain the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
  • Support data warehouse initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Promote data integrity and normalization best practices.
  • Evaluate new software and assist with strategic decisions on system upgrades.
  • Generate reports from multiple systems.
  • Troubleshoot database environment issues.
  • Assess changes to production systems and update reports accordingly.
  • Train users on new reports and dashboards.
  • Provide technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and cleansing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst or in a related field.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders on risk assessment.
  • Analyze existing tools and databases to provide recommendations.
  • Communicate complex ideas in lay terms.
  • High-level experience in large-scale database management methodologies.
  • Handling large data sets and relational databases.
  • Understanding addressing and metadata standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
